Value Engineering – When the Fond Organization is working with a completed design we can often offer alternative materials and/or methods of construction to save money or create a better value for the project.
Permitting – We can handle all phases of the permitting process, from initial applications and filings with Governmental agencies to applications for approval through Homeowners & Condo Associations.

DISASTER RESTORATION SERVICES
Insurance Claims – Fond Organization is well versed in all elements of the process and can work directly with your insurance company and/or independent adjuster to resolve the claim and complete the restoration quickly.
Fire / Smoke Damage – Temporary Board up, content storage and cleaning as well as deodorizing services in addition to demolition and reconstruction.
Wind / Water Damage – Temporary structural shoring, enclosure and waterproofing to prevent damage beyond the initial storm or leak damage. We provide no destructive slab leak location using the latest infrared technology.
Mold & Hazardous Material Remediation – We own the equipment and our personnel have the experience necessary to establish containment and remediate areas of mold damage according to EPA guidelines.
