The Fond Organization is a real estate design, development, construction and property management firm. Our strategy is centered on identifying market inefficiencies, recapitalizing or repositioning assets and enhancing property cash flows on behalf of investors. We also specialize in design, construction, renovation and quick-flips with a higher than average ROI.
A privately held real estate development company, Fond LLC is located in Central Florida, with management operations extending across the eastern United States. Fond was established in 1999, set up in 2000, and opened officially as SIG, a real estate investment and development group in 2004. The Fond Organization works in seamless unison with our own in-house design, development, construction, renovation & property management firm.
