By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

FOND provides professional advisory and project-support services that may include real estate development advisory, owner’s representation, executive construction management, preconstruction review, project due diligence, project and transaction risk review, project recovery and problem-solving support, contractor and vendor prequalification support, document and information review, executive consulting, and related services.
The precise scope, deliverables, limitations, schedule, compensation, and responsibilities for any engagement are governed by the applicable written proposal, agreement, work authorization, or other engagement document. Website descriptions are general summaries and do not create a professional engagement or contractual duty.

Conditions, costs, schedules, regulations, markets, and project circumstances can change.
