The estimators at Fond Organization utilize Sage Timberline Precision Estimating to prepare our construction estimates. Our database is comprised of the thousands of items we typically incorporate into our projects with the most up to date and competitive pricing available. This ensures that our estimates are accurate, even at the preliminary budgeting state of a project.
Design Consultation
Fond Organization can work closely with your architect or design professional in the early stages of a project to offer suggestions on materials and methods to optimize the economy of the project. Or you may choose to utilize our in-house design team and architects to fit both your budget and schedule toward a successful turnkey project.

FOND LLC Value Engineering When we are working with a completed design we can often offer alternative materials and/or methods of construction to save money or create a better value for the project.
Permitting We can handle all phases of the permitting process, from initial applications and filings with Governmental agencies to applications for approval through Homeowners & Condo Associations.

Leak and Energy Audits We utilize the latest in non-destructive infrared technology from FLIR to locate areas of inadequate insulation and/or waterproofing and locate active leaks to limit the area of destruction required to repair the problem. We can pinpoint your slab leak prior to breaking the slab, limiting the time and cost to complete repairs.
DISASTER RESTORATION SERVICES
Insurance Claims We are well versed in all elements of the process and can work directly with your insurance company and/or independent adjuster to resolve the claim and complete the restoration quickly.
Fire / Smoke Damage Temporary Board up, content storage and cleaning as well as deodorizing services in addition to demolition and reconstruction.
Wind / Water Damage Temporary structural shoring, enclosure and waterproofing to prevent damage beyond the initial storm or leak damage. We provide no destructive slab leak location using the latest infrared technology.
Mold & Hazardous Material Remediation We own the equipment and our personnel have the experience necessary to establish containment and remediate areas of mold damage according to EPA guidelines.
